About the Job
Under the supervision of the Accounting Supervisor or Manager, the Accounts Payable Specialist will process invoices and check requests and assist with general accounting tasks.
This position is remote 60% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of data entry and administrative experience.
- Previous accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy with strong work ethic
- Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues with the proper discretion
- Thrive in work environment that is deadline sensitive
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
