WORK SCHEDULE, PAY RATE & LOCATION:

As a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule on-site, working in our office located in the heart of San Francisco, CA. We offer a pay rate ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, with the potential for bonus pay. Imagine starting your day as an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist at Ace Plumbing & Rooter, energized and ready to tackle the financial aspects of our business. You'll dive into managing accounts, meticulously reviewing outstanding debts, and ensuring timely debt payments from our valued customers. As you interact with our internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll resolve billing and credit issues, create comprehensive reports, and provide excellent customer service. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in reducing accounts receivable delinquency, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall financial success of our company.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To be considered for the Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist position at Ace Plumbing & Rooter, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Extensive experience in accounts receivable and account reconciliation
• 2 years of hands-on credit collections experience in a fast-paced, target-driven business
• 3 years of accounts receivable and collections managerial experience, managing teams of 2 or more
• 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficiency in using Excel

Having two or more years of Microsoft Excel experience is preferred, but not required! Experience with cash management is also a plus. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills?
