We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for our Philadelphia North Branch. If you have a positive attitude and have perfected your multitasking and time-management skills, this is the position for you! This is a temporary, in-office position. The schedule is M-F from 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1 hour lunch break.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the office reception area (e.g., answering phones and gate, greeting visitors, etc.)
• Process mail and packages and distribute mail accordingly
• Answer and direct phone calls, and correspond to emails
• Make copies, filing
• Incident reporting
• Print and distribute invoices
• Manage office supplies inventory
• Expense Reporting
• Assist with contracts and subcontractor agreements
• Other tasks as requested

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting as an administrative assistant
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have and maintain an upbeat, professional and friendly attitude and demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
