Bilingual Recruiter

Reports to: Director of HR, Talent Acquisition, & Marketing

Supervises: N/A

Position Overview:

As our Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our talent pool and fostering a multicultural workforce. You will leverage your language skills and recruitment expertise to identify, attract, and hire the best candidates for various Landscaping positions across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to qualified candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and multilingual communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for each role.
• Plan and execute career fairs and industry events to build relationships and attract potential talent.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Provide accurate and timely information to hiring managers regarding candidate qualifications and progress.
• Cultivate relationships with cultural organizations, universities, and professional associations to expand your network and access diverse talent pools.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sourcing strategies.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on candidate progress and hiring statistics.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by providing feedback and suggesting innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome challenges in the recruitment process.
• Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Salary: $20-$25/hour, based upon experience

Work Schedule: Hours vary based on seasonal needs, must be flexible. Typically M-F, 8a-5p.

Work Conditions: Office setting, temperature controlled environment

Travel: 15-20%

• Valid driver’s license and insurability; required
• One years’ experience in high volume, fast paced, staffing environment
• Fluent in Spanish & English; written and verbal
