- Check with Culinary Supervisor for special needs or problems.
- Clean and sanitize kettles thoroughly as needed.
- Remove all trash and maintain garbage cans from the kitchen, break room, and offices.
- Remove snow and salt areas as designated by Culinary Supervisor.
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors in areas as directed throughout the shift, including the vacuuming of the front building.
- Practice good personal hygiene, and grooming standards and follow uniform policy at all times.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. of weight and be able to place it at various heights for storage and service needs.
- Must be able to perform repetitive functions and repeated lifting, pushing, and carrying items that weigh 50 lbs.
- You must work your scheduled shift unless approved by Culinary Supervisor.
- Performing all other duties assigned by Culinary Supervisor.
Must exhibit safety awareness in working areas with wet, slippery, floors and exposure to hazardous materials.
At times, the facility may be shorthanded.You may be required to fill in and you may perform tasks that are not part of normal function but are essential to the operation.When this situation occurs you may not leave your assigned service area until you are relieved or the service has been completed and the area properly cleaned.
