Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is in search of a full-time HR Coordinator/Recruiter to support screening, recruiting. and onboarding of teachers and specialized staff in the Mid-Atlantic region. HR Coordinator will work in a hybrid setting - in our Philadelphia office (approx. 1 day/wk) and virtual.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively utilize our applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools.
  • Screen candidates through email or phone screenings.
  • Ensure a high-quality recruitment experience for all candidates.
  • Facilitate a seamless new hire pre-employment / on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Act as a key contact for all on-boarding related progress. Work with candidates when needed to coordinate on-boarding efforts.
  • Collaborate with Regional Supervisors and Directors and respond to their staffing needs.
  • Collect onboarding paperwork including PA mandated clearances for all new hires.
  • Send offer letters and complete I-9s.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience.
  • 2-4 years’ experience providing HR related administrative support.
  • Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Efficient with MS Office, Zoom, and other on-line platforms.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to take lead and work independently.
  • Dedicated home office space required.
