Description

The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for accurate, high-volume data entry to our Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems. This will involve coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and IT teams on pre-hire workflow activities including entering new hires to our HRIS, auditing and updating our HRIS data, ordering and shipping equipment to new hires, and completing pre-hire right-to-work and background check verifications.

Responsibilities

  • Review online background check reports, ensure all Background investigations are completed in a timely manner, and escalate any Background investigations issues to Human Resources.
  • Process I-9 forms (US) and Right to Work verifications (Europe)
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team and line managers to ensure the smooth onboarding of candidate once hired
  • Submit new hire information to IT team to initiate equipment orders and monitor shipments to employee home address
  • Enter new hire data into the systems for all new hires in a timely fashion
  • Audit data entered into the HRIS, onboarding and applicant tracking system for accuracy, produce reports of audited data, and make corrections where necessary
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties to support the Human Resources team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • 1 years previous Recruitment and/or Human Resources experience highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Experience using Workday or other HRIS Systems, Greenhouse Applicant Tracking or other applicant tracking system, HireRight or other background check systems, or ability to learn new software programs and systems, including HRIS & ATS.
  • Ability to recognize confidential information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Understanding of general Human Resources practices.
