WNC Financial is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. Your primary responsibilities will be making in person sales calls and demonstrations to small businesses, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. This is a full time outside sales position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.
- Attend meetings and training events as requested.
- Utilize and maintain CRM.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, training, or management.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Reliable, dependable, hard-working.
