Whistle Express is Hiring a B2B Sales Manager (Fleet Accounts) Near Charlotte, NC

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's fleet of vehicles. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical sales skills, business development acumen, and the ability to analyze market trends. If you have a passion for sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have a proven track record in account management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve fleet sales revenue targets and expand market share.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the sector, including car dealerships, government, commercial fleet managers, and other relevant stakeholders.

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored for B2B clients.

· Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities, attend industry events, and network to generate leads.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our subscription based and members club offerings.

· Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to B2B clients.

· Monitor and report on sales accounts’ performance, providing regular updates to the leadership team.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize fleet sales and profitability
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet sales team

Requirements:

· 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.

· Proven track record of successful fleet accounts sales experience, preferably in the rental car or fleet management service industries.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the fleet management industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and pricing
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
