Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Receptionist in Tampa, FL. The Receptionist will assist the office with routine clerical/office and computer-related tasks. Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls with absolute professionalism and resolving issues that need to be attended over the phone
• Greets the public, provides information, answers questions, and researches files
• Data entry in EMR, HR software
• Ordering supplies, filing documents
• Provide new applicant with required paperwork
• Ensure that all documents filled correctly, signed and dated
• Run criminal background check, OIG record, EMR / employability status check
• Collect copies of professional license, CPR, DL, Car insurance
• Organize new employee chart
• Pay bills and invoices
• Performs other duties as apparent or as delegated.
