We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager with distinguished knowledge in electric services.
Wesworth Electric fellows strictly the standards of NEC (National Electric Code). This is strongly required by the sales representative of the company as well. No deals or contract should be closed or promised if the NEC is not respected accordingly.
Most of the Customers (or third-party Service Companies), we work with, have multiple properties they Manage or Own or represent. Business Development Manager ‘s job is to get active accounts in all those properties.
Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
Prospects for new business outside sales calls, solicitation, networking etc.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Fellow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
Recommend marketing strategies to target to specific region or demographic. Support implementing marketing, always aligning with the company’s target and goals.
Generates sales to reach company vision and goals.
Submit sales report to the CEO.
Maintain and secure repeat business through satisfaction and loyalty.
Send and manage the quotes timely.
Develop and execute monthly focused and aggressive sales action plan including meeting, advertising or promotions.
Maintain knowledge of company industry service, (such as Electric, GC, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Engineering Services, Lighting, Fire Sprinkles, Fire Alarm, Solar, Roofing, etc.) and focus in its trends and market, particularly among the competitors.
Use the critical thinking and problem - solving.
Apply self-discipline and a time-management.
Maintains regular attendance and it is always on time.
Apply great communication and interpersonal skills to identify the goals of customers and reach the company’s goal.
Join local association to assist professional meetings.
Create Alliances with Vendors and other trades to create new business opportunities.
Maintain high standard of personal appearance, which include with the dress code. Always provide the company business card and keep the company badge.
