Responsibilities :
- Interfacedirectly with customers either by telephone electronically orfacetoface
- Process orders forms applicationsand requests
- Assist in increasing sales andprofitability to each account by suggesting new and complementaryproducts to our customers
- Optimize fill ratesby providing substitutions for items out of stock ordiscontinued
- Keep a record of allbackorders
- Assist customers with special needsand requests (quotes special orders scanning of creditapplications. etc.)
- Participate in all salespromotions and offer them to ourcustomers
- Communicate informationproblems / needs and customer requests to the customer servicemanager
Qualifications :
- 12years experience in customer service
- Proficientin MS Office
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- An outgoing personalitywith an eager attitude to helpothers
