We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Sales Support Representative. The role is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager the sales process including following up on leads and arranging confirmed appointments with customers. They will also assist in order management and account management processes such as setting up new accounts, preparing quotes and coordinating shipments for delivery to customers.

What will you be doing as our Sales Support Representative?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects in regard to sales.
• Provide expert product guidance and updates to customers.
• Support and manage orders from initial stages through to delivery.
• Develop long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Identify, generate, and manage sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Develop new business through proactive and creative sales activities and identifying future market opportunities.
• Support our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) with market research identify new customers and product applications.
• Carry out team administration tasks, including following up on sales leads and quotations.
• Arrange sales meetings between clients and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Support pipeline and forecasting with the RSM.
• Assist with follow-up tasks, activity notes, and new client communications to keep the RSM on the road.
• Share technical knowledge to train colleagues and new starters.
• Utilize our CRM system (NetSuite) to track opportunities, coordinate quotes with other subsidiary offices, and departments.
