We are a growing law firm in the St. Charles area, and we work with consumers facing stressful and time-sensitive financial issues who need help, guidance, and understanding from all staff, at all times.

$13 - $15 hourly

• The qualified candidate we are seeking must be an articulate professional who loves to talk to people, with exceptional listening skills, is very detail-oriented, very task-oriented, who is eager to work, very friendly, and possesses natural sales skills.
• This new team member will become one of the voices of a growing law firm over the phone. The position requires a high-energy personality to make lots of calls and reach out to “warm” leads for the office.
• This is not strong selling, this is relationship building.

In addition to the traits listed above, you must also possess the following:

• Exemplary customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills including extensive knowledge of all Microsoft, Outlook & Google products
• Excellent communication skills both on the phone, written, and in person
