West Force Division is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Denver, CO
General responsibilities:.
- Identifying and addressing employee relations issues promptly
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee Orientation, onboarding, training and development initiatives
- Maintain and audit employee records/files for all business units
- Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Respond to work comp, unemployment inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
- Bilingual- English & Spanish
- Bachelor Degree in HR or related experience
- Ability to work extra hours when needed
- Outstanding communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask is a must in this position
- Ability to visit client sites in and out a state as needed
- Staffing experience highly preferred but not required.
