The HR Generalist is responsible for helping to drive People Plans for their assigned region/department, including coaching/guidance to sustain engagement and increase workforce productivity. This role with work closely with HR Leadership and the business to develop, implement and evaluate HR policies, programs, functions and activities. This position will be responsible for supporting and executing a variety of HR programs and handling employee relations issues. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Base compensation for theHR Generalistrole inColoradois between $80,000 and $100,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive a target bonus based on bothindividual and company performance.
