We are a Christian faith-based, non-profit organization with a rich and evolving culture seeking a Development Manager to assist with organization’s key fundraising initiatives.

Reports to: Development Manager
Hours:40 hours per week; On-site presence required 4 days a week; Remote flexibility for 1 day a week. Must be able and willing to work occasional nights and weekends.

Position Summary: The Development Manager provides leadership on key fundraising initiatives within Wellspring Living. This role will identify, organize and manage activities to steward support from corporations, public and private organizations, faith communities, and individuals. The Development Manager is responsible for donor operations, including functionality of Salesforce CRM, payment processing, and other software that tracks, reports, cultivates and acknowledges financial and in-kind donations in line with ECFA guidelines. They will supervise one Development Coordinator and oversee external vendor relationships related to donation processing, tracking and reporting.
