About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager as a part of Commercial Banking’s Wholesale Lending Operations (WLO) Business Management Operations.

The Incident, Problem, and Procedure Management (IPPM) team within WLO Business Management Operations is reimagining event management, procedure governance, and technology engagement across Wholesale Operations. This transformation will improve outcomes, reduce risk, and increase efficiency and job satisfaction across a global workforce.

The Business Execution Senior Manager will report to the IPPM Lead, managing multiple managers and individual contributors. The role will be responsible for leading the transformation of how we manage some 15,000 procedural artifacts across Wholesale Lending Operations.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of Managers and Individual Contributors supporting the creation, maintenance, and governance of procedural artifacts (desktop and control procedures, job aids, playbooks, forms, and letters) in use across Operations
• Drive the transformation of procedure management processes and controls, increasing the use of a global workforce and introducing the adoption of artificial intelligence to improve outcomes
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development to drive the company culture and business performance
• Develop metrics and data-driven dashboards to monitor process execution and throughput
• Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for Operations
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
• Assist on high priority work outside of regular business hours or weekends as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 6 years of Business Execution, Implementation, Transformation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• 3 years Management experience

• Demonstrated ability to effectively work on a diverse team who are geographically dispersed across multiple time zones located in the US, India, and Philippines
• Previous use of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning in process execution
• Outstanding problem solving skills and use of data to inform solutions
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
• Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a strong work ethic
