Wells Fargo is Hiring a Senior Business Execution Consultant-Change Management Near CHARLOTTE, NC

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant who will report to a Change Management team manager and support one or more business groups or enterprise functions in the aggregation and management of Change Management.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
  • Operationalize a change management program and capability for supply chain management.
  • Execute against an established strategy and change management policy to take a risk-based approach to managing change, providing governance, and guidance pertaining to the change initiative lifecycle.
  • Utilize strong relationship skills to consult, guide, and support the business with initiative intake, project charters, project status reports, change and communication plans, and impact analysis documentation.
    Provide consultative level of support to Supply Chain Management teams and stakeholders including training and communications to internal team members suppliers, and internal business partners.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Change Management experience, specifically in implementation of change management concepts, tools and templates.
  • Consultant level professional with defined experience in a change management capability with high awareness and analysis in ensuring adoption to program policy and procedures.
  • Experience reporting/analytics to support dashboard on overall program and adoption.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • ProSci Certification and training

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Position is not VISA eligible.

Pay Range

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
