About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Internal Audit department within the Innovation Team. The Innovation Team is at the forefront of driving transformation change leveraging cutting-edge technology to bolster assurance, driving simplicity and elevating quality. As a Business Executing Advisor reporting to the Head of Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our strategic initiatives and ensuring successful implementation. The position demands a comprehensive skill set, blending expertise in business strategy with the exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Collaborating with the head of innovation you will translate overarching objectives into actionable plans, leveraging analytical prowess to navigate organizational structure. Crafting impactful presentations will be integral to effectively communicating progress and milestones to all levels of stakeholders including our regulators. The Business Executing Advisor’s contributions will be instrumental in propelling our team towards its goals and fostering a culture and mindset of innovation within the department and beyond.
