Mission: To Increase B2B Revenue 100% in the first 12 Months.
Outcomes of a successful candidate:
· Increase Revenue 25% every 3 months. (100% revenue growth in 12 months)
· Zero Messages on Phone System for “Already Dealer” Calls
· 100% onboarded “New Dealer Applications.”
· Attain growth in 80% of existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
· Manage Current Accounts and Grow existing book of business.
· Follow up on all new Dealer Requests
· Manage existing accounts
· Capture the # of Leads sent per month
· Capture the # of calls made per week
· Capture # of Dealers onboarded per week
· Capture # of Dealers that submit Requests, their close rate.
ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- While traveling, duties will include finding & qualifying new dealers, supporting and developing existing dealers on both a business and technical level to optimize their performance.
- The Sales Manager will need to be able to present the WD Electronics vision and story to dealers in an articulate & persuasive manner.
- The Sales Manager will be required to assess dealer capabilities and work with ownership to put in place development plans to shore up weaknesses which affect our business with each dealer.
- The Sales Manager will be required to develop and maintain an effective Area Sales Plan of advancing product adoption, dealer performance and geographic coverage.
- The Sales Manager will also need to understand the technical functionality of our product line and be able to assist on-site when necessary with installation troubleshooting.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred experience in the Power Sports industry.
- Sales background (3-5 years).
- Preferred experience in any of the Major Powersports product lines like Polaris, Can-am, Yamaha, Kawasaki, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Available for constant Daily travel inside Utah. These will typically be day trips, and rarely multiple days. Possible longer travel can be discussed.
- Possess solid business judgement in assessing business
- Skilled in creative problem solving, critical thinking, and organizing resources, and people to solve problems
- A passion for Powersports industry.
