About the Role:

We are looking for a highly talented and motivated sales person with excellent customer service and administrative support to join our exceedingly passionate and driven team. As the initial point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff, we aim to provide exceptional care and an outstanding environment. Pay: Base plus commission. Unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with current, new and potential patients for the practice
• Respond to patients, influencers and business collaborators via text, email, chat and phone calls
• Average of 50-75 outbound calls a day
• Manage communication in multiple social media outlets
• Utilize our internal CRM to schedule and reschedule patients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with outbound sales
• 0-1 year experience answering calls and scheduling
• Excellent verbal and and written communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Problem solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Motivated, energetic with a can-do attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week

Compensation package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• No travel
