TruSolace Healing Center is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Sandy, UT

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Receptionist with excellent customer service and administrative support to join our exceedingly passionate and driven team. As the initial point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff, we aim to provide exceptional care and an outstanding environment. If you have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping patients achieve their health goals, let’s connect.

Pay: $12-$16/hour Based on Experience

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a smile and positive attitude
  • Follow up with current and new patients for the practice
  • Respond to patients via text, email, chat and phone calls
  • Average of 30-50 outbound calls a day
  • Utilize our internal CRM to schedule and reschedule patients
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace
  • Adhere at some clerical duties

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year experience answering calls and scheduling
  • Excellent verbal and and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Sandy, UT 84070: Relocate before starting work (Required)
