Job Description:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Two (2) years of administrative or related experience is required.
Typing speed of 45 words per minute with 95% accuracy is required. Verified via testing.
- Provide administrative support services to ensure efficient office operations. Support assigned business unit (Senior Director, IT Services, Operations and End User Experience), exercising discretion, and maintaining confidentiality in handling work objectives. Manage calendar for senior leader. Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
- Manage travel arrangements for senior leader. Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed. Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve electronic filing systems.
- Outlook Calendaring and Tasks management
- Accurate record keeping and attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure in navigating multiple deadlines
- MS Office Tools (Excell, Word, PowerPoint)
- MS Teams
High school diploma or GED is required.
