Executive Pastry Chef

Leading the pasty department and coordinating the culinary expression with Executive Chef Josh Su. Leading the seasonal interpretations with your talent and recipes, for the entire restaurant and private dining events.

Being a part of a great culinary team of chefs that are passionate about our food integrity and committment. Being a key part of our leadership and culture as we develop our staff and create the best work environment we can.

Full responsibility of the entire pastry department : high volumne production of great quality seasonal pastry offerings, ice cream and sorbet production, all recipes, staff development, recruitment and hiring, schedule of staff, food cost, labor cost, inspiring dessert menus, kitchen leadership, private dining events, operations, administration, onboarding, training and hiring of kitchen staff, public relation oportunities, and assisting our Executive Chef with the goals and objectives of the kitchen operations.

A mix of upscale and casual dining, known for our fresh seafood, waterfront views, and commitment to sustainability.

Locally-sourced seafood, a glass of champagne, and a beautiful view of the Bay we offer all of this and more. Since 2008, Waterbar has proudly served exceptional food and drink while doing our part to give back to the earth and our community.

We believe that dining is much more than the food you eat. Each of our dining rooms offers unique experiences that can accommodate any occasion.
