Primary Responsibilities : TheCustomer Service & Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist has the principal responsibility to provide excellent customer service, financial, administrative & clerical support.

Customer Service & Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist's duties include being from on the phones, taking orders, invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying billables and posting receipts.

Position is : Hourly

Hours : 7am 6 : 00pm

Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist Accountability :

• Working front on the phones, ensuring prompt and courteous response to all customers and vendor inquiries.
• Managing receivables for all customers by processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
• Opening all mail, reconciling invoices, creating deposits and work in QuickBooks to accept payments daily
• Leading the company in responsiveness and friendliness by making weekly routine calls to current customers regarding their account and payments, especially when delayed or past due.
• Continually work with each account to achieve the least cycle time in receiving payments over the life of each customer.
• Work with sales & customer service to ensure all customers who use credit cards to pay have an authorization form on file.
• Record all credit card and check deposits.
• Make collection calls as needed and without delay.
• Keep all accounts no older than 60 - 90 days and track the data weekly.
