We need an experienced, conscientious bookkeeper to process and pay bills, prepare billing and execute the invoicing of customers, post receivables, work with past dues and work with customers regarding billing payments and questions. No payroll, no tax responsibilities.
We use QuickBooks and consists of several entities under one roof. We pride ourselves on being a small-sized company in business for nearly 30 years.
Background check guaranteed. Must be able to provide previous job related references. Hours can be flexible. Pay commensurate based on experience
