We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Accountant for a one-month project, with fundamental knowledge in accounts receivable, reconciliation, invoicing, and collections.Job Responsibilities- Creation and dispatch of heavy invoices (40 daily) for hospitals. These are large invoices, usually ranging from 10k to 100k.- Daily reconciliation of accounts; we have 10 accounts but primarily use 1 main one.- Assisting with cash applications; on average, 15-20 weekly. This will involve applying payments to the large invoices, selecting what goes where, and reconciling them. Thereafter, they will forward the remainder to the AP for further processing.- Assisting with collections by going through the aging reports and deciding which hospitals to pursue for payment. This task is primarily conducted via email.- Working closely with cycle representatives who have built out a system or a quote for a hospital; your role will be to create the invoice reflecting their layout and format.- Supporting the team on a project to merge 3 systems. This work entails helping with the current audit, applying cash applications made in 2023 into Netsuite (the new system), and tracking, in Excel, the information transferred to the new system.
