Job Description
- Develop a working knowledge of cities & departments in order to quickly identify hiring needs as well as how that fits into the broader organizational culture.
- Cultivate and develop talent pipelines, especially for frequently filled positions.
- Work creatively with city leaders and other departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs.
- Establish and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, targeted engagement, and passive candidate recruitment; Participate in recruitment events and develop outreach efforts
- Manage Applicant tracking system to include timely and accurate record-keeping, reporting, and analytics
- Utilize job boards to disseminate employment opportunities.
- Convert job descriptions into persuasive marketing documents prior to posting:
