Volen Center is Hiring a Transportation Office Assistant Near Boca Raton, FL
Transportation Office Assistant is responsible for all data entry, fulfilling monthly reports, route scheduling, dispatching and other related transportation tasks.
Monday through Friday 9:45 am-6:15 pm
Must be fluent with emailing, Microsoft Word, EXCEL, and worked with databases.
Must have good writing skills.
Must have good math skills.
Must meet strict deadlines.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Must have knowledge of Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach.
Must have customer service experience.
