CohnReznick currently has an opportunity to join our administrativeteam as a Temporary Receptionist/Office Services Assistant. This position requires daily, on-site presence in the Boca Raton, Floridaoffice. Business Hours: 8:30-5.

YOUR ROLE.

    • Frontline contact for employee and guests
    • Cover QC E file inbox
    • Assist with SFLO Admin inbox.
    • Engagement Letter prep
    • GFR Filing and pulling Tax Returns for clients upon request.
    • Administration of Grub Hub for the SFLO offices
    • DocuSign
    • Certified Mailing and FedEx Shipping
    • Meet/greet employee, guests & vendors and assist them in navigating space.
    • Order and set up food deliveries in the local office.
    • Reserve and manage meeting room availability
    • General Office Services requests and support for employees on-site
    • Order office, kitchen, and business-related supplies
    • Printers/Copiers – Schedule service, change toner, order toner
    • Stock, inventory and order office and kitchen supplies
    • Sort mail, checks, scan, and email other mail to appropriate parties
    • Assistance with breakdown of boxes for garbage/recycling
    • Ad hoc administrative duties
    • Travel to support other offices if need be.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of reception/concierge work experience required
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees
  • Administrative support work, office practices and administrative procedures experience is a plus
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50lbs of equipment and supplies
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated team player with a flexible personality and positive attitude
  • Demonstrated client focus experience interacting with senior level executives
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Open to constructive feedback and on-going self-improvement
  • Professional demeanor and appearance necessary always
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention given to details and deadlines
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing, planning, and organizing projects simultaneously
