Simpli-Fi AV is Hiring an Office Manager Near Boca Raton, FL

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Communicate effectively with staff and clients

- Manage employee schedules

- Assist with project scheduling, services calls, PO's, inventory

- Checking in and out product and organize jobs for following day

- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records

- Handle front desk duties including managing phone systems

- Coordinate team meetings and manage schedules

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
