*Negotiate and close sales transactions that meet or exceed goals for businesses *Make on-sight customer sales calls ; for existing customers as well as prospective customers *Educate the customer on benefits with staying with or switching to TXUE's products & services *Collect or verify customer contact, business profile and service point information as well as credit information *Collect competitive intelligence information *Update sales opportunity information for prospective customers *Review the customer's usage/profile to ensure pricing accuracy *Review and update system information for accuracy and update customer contact, billing and company data *Maintain and ability to vary sales approach and present different sales pitches depending on market conditionsEducation, Experience & Skill Requirements
*2 or more years of experience with customer contact or sales *Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills *High School Diploma or equivalency requiredKey Metrics
