Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing cannabis hardware company located in Las Vegas, NV.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the executive leadership at a cannabis hardware company. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet critical deadlines, and to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior leadership inside and outside the company is essential. They will oversee and perform duties to include travel arrangements, communications coordination, calendaring, preparing meeting content upon request, data management for reporting purposes and other various duties. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative, and adaptable.
Your background should be a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 1 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role. You have proven organizational and multitasking abilities and excellent written and verbal skills. You should have proficiency with MS Office Suite and similar software. You handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will also be able to speak conversational Mandarin.
Pay: $37,000 - $42,000
