Were looking for a professional, proactive, energetic, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in growing our team. Must have Real Estate Experience and have license or willing to get one.

Youll be responsible for assisting our high-level executive and providing support to our team members with administrative duties including but not limited to management of systems, organization and accountability, ancillary businesses, and basic marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the administration of the business

Manage systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up all office administration

Answering office phone and taking and responding to messages

Scheduling appointments and showings follow-up

Management and maintenance of CRM database updating records and ensuring accuracy

Manage client database marketing plan (smart plans, email, mailing campaigns)

Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required

Create and prepare buyer and seller consultation packets

Coordinate preparation of flyers, invites, graphics, signage, and other marketing materials

Track and manage to show feedback for listings

Request reviews and referrals for the business from past clients

Monitor and Track TMT and coaching email accounts

Monitor and manage TMT and coaching calendars

Assist with the coordination of team and client events (education and training, appreciation, conferences, etc)

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills

Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information

Familiar with Microsoft Office

At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties

Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
