Growing Real Estate company has opening for In-House Maintenance Technician . We are looking for long term employee to grow with the company. Benefits and bonus for full time position are available.

Working hours are M-F 8:30am- 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch time. Weekends may be needed base on further evaluation.

Looking for kind, honest, organized and detail-oriented individual who is reliable and have strong sense of responsibility.

Duties for Real Estate Assistant Position:

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general repairs as necessary
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and be able to document and update in management software
• Provide excellent customer service when perform jobs
• Handling and follow up on maintenance requests
• Handling and follow up on HOA issues
• Access property safety and perform hazard prevention tasks.
• Recommends measures to improve methods of operations, performance, safety and quality of service.
• Doing property inspections for move in, move out, lease renewal, HOA Violation, Vacancies, etc.
• Ensure all company polices and procedures are followed.
• Tasks assign by the broker of the company as needed.

Skills:

• At least 2 years working experience in maintenance repairs which include but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, stucco patch , plumbing, minor HVAC issues, tile repairs, flooring, installing appliances, garbage disposal, garage door repair, minor electrical , lock change, general repairs, etc.
• Familiar with the use to computer system and smart phones
• Must be able to multi-task, be organized, able to prioritize and detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills and Self- motivated
• Being fluent in a second language is preferred (Spanish)
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Initial pay will be determine base on related experience, 3 month probation period, raise may be given after passing probation base on performance. Benefits and bonus income available.
