Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure off-market distressed properties through targeted outreach to realtors, brokers, and direct sellers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing and closing real estate deals and a deep understanding of the local market.
Responsibilities
•Conduct targeted outreach to realtors, brokers, and direct sellers to identify distressed properties for acquisition.
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry to uncover off-market opportunities.
•Evaluate property leads to determine their viability and potential for profitability.
•Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers to acquire distressed properties at favorable terms.
•Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, appraisals, and title searches.
•Work closely with internal teams, including contractors, inspectors, and legal professionals, to facilitate the acquisition process.
•Stay informed about market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in the local market.
•Track and analyze acquisition metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Provide regular updates and reports to management on acquisition activities and pipelines.
Qualifications
•Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
•Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
