Responsibilities:

● Manages the design aspects of a proposal phase to completion including:

- Presales engineering

- Sales Kickoff meeting, understanding design elements for initial documentation

- Reviewing documentation with Sales/Project Manager prior to issuance

- Managing design questions/changes from architect/designers/ECs/clients/ PMs

- Maintaining update documentation to reflect changes on company’s Dropbox

- Reviewing design functionality for accuracy during final review/pre-production stage

- Assisting with researching products for change order creation

● Meet with Sales during the initial design process to ensure all necessary aspects of functionality are included (Pre Sale/Post Sale of project)

● Attend site meetings as required or as requested by the Project Manager

● Collaborate with project managers and engineers to help steer projects in the correct direction

● Provide recommendations to management regarding solutions to potential project risks and issues

● Clear communicates with project teams (architects/designers/ECs/GCs/PM) to ensure information is accurately documented and shared with all

● Produce and deliver documents within assigned deadlines to avoid installation delays

● Manages D-Tools database update and maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
