This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering. Pay rate for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be:
Knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering
Highly organized, comfortable with HotSOS or similar systems
Possess strong, empathetic leadership skills
Professional in both written and verbal communications
Experienced in hotel/resort preventative maintenance and/or repairs
Able to walk long distance, stand constantly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
