Versatera Network Services specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of information transport systems (ITS), and the various technologies that utilize ITS.
This position includes general office duties such as answering telephones, filling out forms, copying, developing Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining multiple schedules, providing office support for Versatera’s main executive and other staff members, occasional transportation and other duties as assigned.
The position requires a dependable and detail-oriented person who presents well to the public and works cooperatively with others. The position requires the use of office multi-line communication systems, printers, copiers and basic skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Filling out paperwork
- Answering emails in a professional and timely manner
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining online systems up to date with new information
- Data entry
- Creation and management of Excel spreadsheets
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintaining multiple schedules
- Providing office support for executive leadership
- Speaking to clients via email or telephone
- Screening candidates for vacant positions
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Associate degree in business or related field (Preferred)
- Two years of advanced administrative support experience
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience with QuickBooks software
Job Type: Part-time (average of 15 to 20 hours a week depending on workflow)
Mandatory 1-2 days a week in-office, with remainder telecommuting (PC, phone, and reliable internet connection must be provided by candidate if working from home)
Pay: From $15.00 per hour (Depending on qualifications)
