We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant with a strong background in clerical duties and administrative support to join our team. This role will primarily focus on creating and managing badging for contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the badging process for contractors and subcontractors, including the creation, issuance, and maintenance of badges.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for badging, such as identification documents and background checks.
- Maintain accurate records of badges issued, ensuring compliance with security protocols and company standards.
- Monitor badge expiration dates and coordinate badge renewals as needed.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining a secure and organized office environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of security protocols and regulatory requirements related to badging is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
