Venturity Financial Partners is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Dallas, TX

We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager with 3 - 5 years solid success in sales or Business Delopment. You will work closely with the business development and marketing team to develop and execute on our growth plans. Being a leader and facilitating collaboration is key, as well as enjoying creating relationships and strategic partnerships. Someone with a natural curiosity and closing mentality will do well in this role. We are seeking an enthusiastic person who can become the face of Venturity to our most valued clients and partners across multiple markets. Looking for a long-term fit and someone who is eager to grow in their career. Extremely competitive compensation and commission structure with opportunity for growth, promotion, and leadership. 

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and implement go-to-market strategies and plans
  • Provide business development lifecycle support – from networking, opportunity identification, qualification, win strategy development, and proposal development.
  • Support a robust pipeline of opportunities that align with Venturity’s values
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead teams - without direct line authority - to achieve distinctive results.
  • Engage customers in identifying and shaping opportunities. This includes active communication of filtered actionable intelligence.
  • Actively market Venturity’s brand
  • Define mutual expectations with clients
  • Participate in a variety of marketing events, as well as help create new marketing initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-4 years in a sales or business development role.
  • A track record of winning new work.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning, exceptional service, and unmatched integrity.
  • Business and financial acumen, and desire to grow and learn
  • Demonstrated ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
  • Positive mindset, high energy, collaborative
