SummaryProvides technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. Provides first-line product support to customer callers to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. Will be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. As with many applications products where the user is nontechnical, this position would generally interact with engineering support when the customer's problem cannot be resolved directly.Job Description- Required to take on-call shifts outside of normal work hours covering our customer support hotline responding to customer calls requiring timely resolution of technical issues. Compensation is offered for these efforts.
- Experience with digital X-ray detector panels is required / highly desirable. This could be experience using digital detectors for RT based NDT inspection work for asset integrity, or experience building and testing X-ray detectors in a production environment.
