The successful candidate will have managed teams of 70-200 individuals, including global and remote distributed teams, and will have experience in USA consumer markets, particularly in professional training, adult coaching, mentoring, and online education.As the CEO and President, the candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the company, with a keen focus on people, processes, technology, and financial management. A proven track record of job stability, strong references, and a commitment to personal development and coaching are essential. The role also demands a high level of education, such as a degree, MBA, or PhD. The Founder will transition to the role of Chairman to focus on innovations, while the new CEO/President will take the reins in leading the company through its next phase of growth and success.
