We are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Rockville, MD office. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for:

• Set up new vendor accounts, obtain W-9s and maintain vendor files
• Review invoices, expense reports for appropriate documentation and contract pricing
• Match invoices and enter into financial system 
• Code invoices to correct account, location, department, project, etc. based on budget categories
• Route invoices to appropriate supervisors, managers & directors for approval per practice policies
• Set up recurring payments with correct coding, etc. to efficiently process payments per contract, leases, etc. Select bills to be paid timely and with appropriate approvals
• Schedule and process daily/weekly check runs Maintain positive vendor & staff relationships
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist in month end closing and reporting, annual audit, outside inquiries from capital partners Process & distribute annual 1099's
