Project Manager Duties Performing all administrative tasks to complete the project including leading weekly meetings and providing Meeting Meetings for tracking purposes Developing a project charter at the beginning of a project with the client Performing and leading all procurement activities for the project Being a team player on the project while working with other JLL employees, clients, and vendors Leading all phases of the project including design, construction, furniture, technology, and moving Managing the budget from the beginning of the project until completion Managing the scope of the project from onset to completion Providing all financial budget work required to keep accurate records for the project Leading the project until it's successfully completed and the client is happy Education and experience A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred (3 ) years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
