Job purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of projects and controls associated with the development and implementation of software applications, including Salesforce CRM. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects within agreed-upon budget and timelines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors and/or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end project lifecycle from project preparation, discovery, design, development, testing to successful project closure
• Develops project plans, including a clear depiction and understanding of task dependencies, ownership, and timeline
• Documents and manages risks, issues, and resolutions
• Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, meeting scope requirements of key stakeholders, and with high quality results and customer satisfaction
• Provides timely communication of project status and issues to both vendors and internal stakeholders
• Takes leadership of the project team and serves as the main point of contact for vendors, core project team members, and stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple projects on different tracks
• Contributes to the company’s capabilities through improved processes, templates, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• At least three years of experience as a project manager (PMP preferred)
• Experience in using, implementing, and migrating SalesForce.com software highly desirable
• Salesforce Administrator certification highly desirable
• Experience with field service organizations
• Experience with large-scale sales or services focused projects
• Familiarity with MS SQL databases a plus

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices, Quality System Regulation, HIPPA, and other regulatory requirements a plus

Working conditions

This position is generally performed in a typical office environment that is usually quiet. Employee is expected to work collaboratively with team members, as well as able to work independently with limited supervision. Work will require significant computer and telephone work.

Physical requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
