Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Agile methodologies, managing large-scale projects, financial management, stakeholder and vendor management, SDLC, risk and issue management, as well as the ability to prioritize work effectively.

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Ramp up with training during the initial days of assignment

Skills:

- Agile experience

- Ability to drive large-scale projects in a cross-functional environment

- Gap Analysis proficiency

- Financial management skills (budget forecasting, cost plan management)

- Stakeholder and vendor management abilities

- SDLC knowledge

- Risk and Issue Management expertise

- Prioritization skills

- Kanban experience preferred

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of overall experience

- PMP certification is a plus

- Agile Certification is desirable

Previous Job Experience:

Banking background preferred
