The Ballmer Institute seeks a detail oriented, adaptable, organized, and communicative individual to provide administrative support.
The Academic Program Coordinator (APC) will be responsible for a broad set of assignments related to the Ballmer Institute academic operations and administration portfolio. This position will require the ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and exercise creative problem-solving skills while providing exceptional administrative support. Responsibilities include leading student admissions, enrollment, course approval, course scheduling, field clearance, registration operations, degree completion, and related activities for all Ballmer Institute academic programs.
Additionally, the APC will manage academic events including creating and sending formal communications internally and externally, manage complicated travel for faculty, students, recruiters, and special guests, and provide senior-level project management.
This position will report directly to the Senior Director and Chief of Staff and will have an essential role in a growing institute.
