Roles & Responsibilities
Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting: TE Team ~14 people, working towards achieving the goals and outcomes of PGE’s Transportation Electrification Plan(s) that include planning, managing, and supporting the TE Load coming to the grid. We are developing, launching, and implementing TE Programs for residential and commercial customers that are electrifying their vehicles.
What would “a day in the life” of this role look like?: Being the primary customer facing contact for Business EV Rebate program. This would include managing an outlook inbox, responding to emails, processing rebates, and mining and/or reviewing data. Strong background in excel preferred, as well as strong written communication skills.
What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? The role will have a lot of interaction with hiring manager, existing program coordinator.
What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Learn Business EV Rebate program details, process rebate applications, and track data in Excel.
What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role? Working with data that lives in various places, collecting data from customers (back and forth emails)

Brief Job Description:
Primary customer contact and coordinator for a fleet electrification project. Coordinates all projects with customers and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Coordinates project with external customers as well as internal cross-functional departments. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within project management. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Operates independently but also received guidance and direction from others. Reports to Manager of Transportation Electrification Business Programs.
